Do you ship outside the United States of America?

Yes, but international buyers should inquire about shipping first prior to purchase. The international shipping price may not include any taxes or fees. Buyer may be responsible for such costs at the time of delivery.

Can I return purchases?

​

We should be notified of returns within 5 days of customer receiving the item and the product must reach us within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All products must be in unused condition free from scratches and/or cat hair. We cannot accept a return if the product has been used. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the basis that the cat is not using the product. Customer should keep original packaging to return an item.

In addition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.

How long will my cardboard scratcher last?

​

It depends on how many cats are in the household. We estimate that the cardboard scratchers will last for 3-5 years.

Are the cardboard cat scratchers recyclable?

​

Yes, that is the beauty of it! Once your cat loved it to pieces just toss it in the recycling bin.

How do I care for my product?

​

Catnip toys- Remove catnip prior to washing. Put toy in a delicates bag and wash in cold water on delicates/gentle cycle. Use a fragrance free non-toxic laundry soap. Do not use bleach or softeners. Hang dry recommended.

 

Cardboard scratchers- Do not use water to clean the cardboard scratcher; doing so may ruin the product. If cat hair builds up on the scratcher, it is recommended to use the hose feature on a vacuum to remove hair.

Where can I purchase your product?

​

Hemp Cat is currently only selling through this official website and in person at craft shows. Subscribe to our email to find out about special events and in person demonstrations.

My order was damaged during shipping. What should I do?

​

If the product has been damaged in shipment we should be notified as soon as possible but at maximum within 3 days of you receiving your order so that we may file a claim with the shipper. Please contact us and include pictures of the original damaged shipping box and products. In addition please save the original packaging.
